This search tool was designed for the ALS community to help locate ALS care providers, specifically healthcare providers who treat ALS and infusion centers. The Locator is for infusion sites that patients have to travel to and does not include home-infusion locations.

By enrolling your infusion center, you can help:

Increase local awareness about your infusion center
Provide detailed search results about your infusion services

Once you enroll, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your information. A Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma America, Inc. representative may contact you to validate your information and, once validated, make it publicly available at radicava.com. The ALS Care Locator website enables a user to locate an infusion site of care that has indicated it is capable of administering RADICAVA®.

The ALS Care Locator is an informational resource only regarding available treatment providers. The providers listed in the directory are under no obligation to provide treatment.
